Music Recording/Video Editing/Light Gaming Setup
Description
I’m getting rid of this whole setup I built up over the years — it’s basically everything I’ve needed for music recording, video editing, and light gaming. It’s all in one go, so no splitting it up.The core is a PC with an ASUS B450-F motherboard, Ryzen 9 5900x CPU, and a GTX 3070 GPU. 64GB of RAM (3600MHz) and a 2.27TB storage pool — plenty of room for projects. I’ve got the ID-Cooling AURAFLOW X 240 water cooler with RGB fans, which runs pretty cool even under load.
I’ve got a white dual-monitor stand with an HP X24iH 144Hz gaming monitor (23.8 inch, Full HD, 1ms response, height-adjustable), plus a pair of PreSonus Eris E3.5 studio monitors — these are solid for listening to audio, no Bluetooth, just wired.
The keyboard is a HAVIT wired mechanical one with UK layout and blue switches — anti-ghosting, 105 keys — and a 4800 DPI mouse with RGB. I use it for both gaming and editing. The mic is a RED5 Zeta with colour-changing LEDs and a desk mount — good for quick voice recordings.
And of course, the chair and carpet protector — I’ve kept them in case someone wants to use it for a home studio or just play games casually.
It’s not a full studio (no audio interface yet), but it’s got everything needed to get started with recording or editing. I’m not selling any individual parts — it’s the full package.
It’s based in Dunbeath, Highland, so if you’re in the area or nearby, I’m happy to chat. Price is £720 — just a quick note since I’m not planning to move it.
If you're thinking of using it for a project or just want a solid setup for home use, I’d be happy to help you get it sorted.
