2024 Giant Defy Advanced 2 Road Bike

So, I’m selling my 2024 Giant Defy Advanced 2 — bought new in January 2025, and I’m 6ft 1, so it’s been a perfect fit from day one. I’ve done a fair bit on it — logged over 1,000 miles on Strava, including a few sportives and even a 5.5-hour ride with no issues. The saddle’s like new, actually — I had an SLR in it, but it’s now clean and in great shape.

The bike was serviced at Giant last Friday, and I’ve had the tyre sealant topped up too. Original invoice and service records are included. It’s been running in at just over a month, so it’s been well looked after. The frame and fork are advanced-grade composite — full composite steerer, disc brakes, and the wheelset is the original P-R2 alloy. I’ve only seen 200 miles on the wheels, so the tyres and discs are still like new.

I’ve waxed the chain per Giant OEM specs, and everything’s been kept clean and maintained. The bike has a few tiny marks — a couple on the handlebar and some on the paint — but it was spray ceramic coated when new, so it’s held up pretty well.

It comes with new OEM Giant bar tape, which I just fitted. No pedals on it now, but I can easily swap in some old Shimano SPDs if you’d like. Currently has flat pedals on, so you can get straight into riding.

I’ve done a few rides with it and love how it handles — more relaxed geometry, great for long rides. It’s one of the newer models, so it’s still very fresh. There are not many around like this, and I’m not even sure how many people have actually ridden it properly yet.
