1992 Kawasaki 750SX Jet-Ski

Description

Got this 1992 Kawasaki 750SX back in 2022 and it’s been a real joy to run — never had any major issues. It’s still in original condition, with the graphics mostly intact and the engine fully stock. I’ve been careful with it — always flush it out, run it on premium E5 and top up with good marine 2-stroke oil (Yamalube or Quicksilver), and fog it up after every use to keep the engine dry.

I do the annual servicing myself — a bit of a marine engineer hobby — and last year I swapped out the spark plugs, rebuilt the carb and fuel filter, and replaced the gaskets. The gel battery’s been working fine too. I’ve even had the impeller, rideplate, and scoop upgraded — stainless Solas impeller, extended Worx rideplate, and Aquavein scoop — which really helped with how it handles and tracks through the water.

It runs well, I’ve even done a compression test and it’s solid. The engine’s been kept clean and well-maintained over the years.

There are a few little things that need tending to though: the stop/start switch has a crack in the housing, the neoprene tray mat is worn and a bit frayed, and the handlebar grips are a bit worn. All of those are easy fixes — but I’ve just moved house and haven’t had the time to sort them.

It’s not on a trailer — just a nice, reliable jet-ski that’s been used responsibly and kept in good shape. I’m not asking for a lot — it’s just sitting in my garage at Crianlarich, Station Road, and I’ve got a bit of a spare time crunch now. Price is £1,170, but it’s not a big deal — just a practical, well-loved piece of kit I’m letting go of.
