Braingain Adjustable Dumbbells – 2 Pieces

Got these Braingain adjustable dumbbells sitting in my garage, just picked up a few years ago and haven’t really used much. They’re the 552 model, so you know they’re the ones with the smooth adjustment and solid build. I’ve used them for basic strength work at home — squats, rows, deadlifts — and they hold up well. The two dumbbells are easy to adjust and fit nicely in a small space. I didn’t end up needing much else, so figured it was time to part with them.

They’re currently in new-rossington, Doncaster, and I’m not looking for much — just a quick drop-off if anyone’s interested.
