Description

This 2023 Peugeot 208 is a pretty solid little hatchback – I’ve had it for a few years now and it’s been mostly weekend drives and daily commutes. It’s got that clean, modern look with the soho alloy wheels and dark tinted windows, and the interior feels premium without being flashy.

Inside, it’s got a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto – I use that all the time, especially when I’m on the go. The radio supports MP3, DAB, and Bluetooth, and there’s a USB-C and two USB ports, plus a smartphone dock. I’ve got a bit of a habit of charging my phone while driving, so that’s been useful.

The i-Cockpit setup is nice – full 3D head-up display, voice control, and all that stuff. I’ve used the driver attention warning, cruise control, and the tyre pressure sensors, which helps keep me safe on long trips. There’s also a reversing camera, which I’ve found handy when parking.

The seats are comfortable, especially the front ones – I can adjust them properly for height and angle. The dashboard has a carbon finish, and the steering wheel is that piano-key toggle style – easy to get used to. I’ve got the heated and power-folding mirrors, which is a nice touch in winter.

It’s a manual, so I’ve kept the driving feel – not too much tech, just enough to get the job done. The headlights are LED with that toothy design, and the rear lights have a sharp claw effect. The roof has a good aerial, and the interior is clean with no major wear.

I live in Liverpool, Liverpool City Region, and I’ve been using this car for both work and weekend trips. It’s not been on the road much for long periods, so it’s still in great shape. I’ve kept it well-maintained, and the only thing I’d say is the puncture kit is still in the boot – just in case.

I’ve actually had it through a few different hands since new, but it’s been a reliable car overall. The warranty is 6 months minimum, which I’m happy with – nothing fancy, just solid coverage.

If you're looking for a practical, tech-friendly hatch that doesn’t take up too much space, this one’s a decent fit. I’m not selling it for a big price – it’s just something I’ve kept for years and now it’s time to move on.

(Price is £12,462.30 – not the most expensive, but it’s been a good ride.)
