Description

Alright, so I’ve been looking at this car for a while now — not because I needed a new one, but because it just feels like a proper little gem. It’s a 2010 Mazda2 1.3 Tamura, manual, five-door hatchback, and it’s been owned by just one person from the start. No previous owners — that’s rare these days.

I picked it up from EMG Mazda back in February 2010, and since then it’s been parked just 5.7 miles from the dealership — basically, it’s been a quiet, steady life. I’ve got the original invoice and receipt from when it was new (it was £11,199.99), plus the full Mazda book pack, manuals, and all the little identity cards — things you don’t see every day.

The car’s finished in Radiant Ebony Mica Metallic — it looks black in some light, but in others it really pops with a deep burgundy or plum sheen. The interior is black cloth with a neat white stripe running across it — feels solid, not flashy.

It comes with the full Tamura factory bodykit: chunky side skirts, bigger bumpers, a rear spoiler, a unique front grille, privacy glass, and 16-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels. It’s not flashy, but it’s got that cool, confident look that makes you want to drive it.

It’s a manual — not a huge deal for a small car, but it’s still a nice bit of mechanical fun. The engine is a lifetime chain drive, no cambelt, so it’s low maintenance. I’ve checked the service history — PDI at 1K, then 7.8K, 19.2K, 42.7K, and a recent one at 64K. All the work was done properly, and it’s got a clean MOT until August 2026 with no advisories.

It’s been through a proper RAC pre-delivery inspection, has a 6-month RAC mechanical & electrical warranty (can extend to 3 years), 12 months breakdown cover, HPI clear, and a full service history.

It’s got electric windows, mirrors, central locking, radio with CD player, air conditioning, and all the standard safety stuff — airbags, pretensioners, all that.

I’ve kept it running well, not driven it hard, just kept it safe and simple. It’s a solid little car, perfect for someone who’s learning to drive or just wants something reliable and easy to maintain.

It’s been sitting in Littleborough, Rochdale, and I’ve just got it in — still haven’t had time to do a full valet yet, so photos will come once I’ve got a bit more time.

I’m not selling it to get rich — I’m just trying to find someone who’ll appreciate it. It’s not flashy, but it’s honest, well-maintained, and has a real history.

If you’re thinking about buying something that’s been well cared for and has a quiet, solid life — this one’s worth a look.

I’m based at Red Pumps Garage on Chapel Road, Dersingham, PE31 6PL — we’re a small team, about 20 years in the car trade, and we only do appointments. We’ve got over 55 five-star Google reviews and’ve been shortlisted for England’s Business Awards.

All vehicles come with a new MOT, are fully serviced, and have a 3-month warranty. We’re transparent about what’s covered — no hidden stuff.

If you’re interested, just drop me a line. I’ll give you a proper chat and show you what’s inside.

And yeah — there’s a £129.99 admin fee for delivery, which is standard.

I’ve also got a few warranty options through Warranty First — if you want extra cover, especially for things like engine, gearbox, or electrical parts, it’s all there. But it’s not a must — it’s just extra peace of mind.

Just thought I’d share it. Hope it’s something you’d actually enjoy.

(Interior photos to follow once I’ve got time to tidy it up.)
