So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2013 Nissan Micra Tekna in metallic green, and honestly, it’s one of the best little hatchbacks I’ve ever driven. Only 49k miles, and it’s been well looked after. Feels like it’s been driven just a few times, not a lot of wear and tear.

It’s not flashy, but it’s got loads of practical bits — sat-nav, cruise control, climate control, Bluetooth for hands-free calling and audio streaming, parking sensors, keyless entry and start, alloy wheels, air conditioning, and even a trip computer. The interior’s comfy, and the seats are nice and supportive. I’ve used it for daily drives, weekend trips, and even a few long journeys — and it’s never been a problem.

Fuel economy’s solid too — I’ve averaged around 65 mpg, and the CO2 is just 115g/km, which is pretty low for a small car. Road tax is only £35 a year, so it’s a real budget-friendly driver. I didn’t expect it to be this reliable — it’s been a joy to keep on the road.
