Framed marquetry picture of African wildlife

Got this as a gift, so don’t know much about its backstory. It’s a framed marquetry piece showing African wild animals — elephant, rhino, buffalo, leopard, and lion. The frame is about 81cm x 61cm, so it’s quite a big piece. There’s a signature somewhere, but I can’t quite make it out. There’s a tiny chip on the top edge, but it’s not noticeable when the picture’s hung on the wall. Currently in Ongar, Epping Forest. It’s a solid piece, just not super detailed in the history department. If you’re into vintage-style nature art, it might be worth a look — I’ve kept it in a spot where it gets good light, and it’s been hanging for years. Price is £22.50, but I’m not going to say that in the title. Just thought someone might like it.
