Description

I’ve been driving this 2019 Jaguar I-Pace 400 SE for a few years now, and honestly, it’s one of the few EVs that actually feels like a real car — not just a gadget. It’s Corris Grey Metallic, so it doesn’t look like a car from a show, and it’s a 4WD model with a 90kWh battery. Back when it was new, it could go 292 miles on a single charge — still holds up well, especially for a city and weekend mix of driving.

Charging at home with a 7kW charger takes about 12 hours and 36 minutes, and at a fast charger, it hits 80% in just 50 minutes. That’s not a lot, but it’s enough for long trips without panicking.

It’s got a bunch of smart bits: head-up display projects info right onto the windscreen, which is cool when you’re driving and don’t want to keep looking at the dash. The front seats are 10-way heated and memory-assisted — so if I’m on a long trip, I can just switch to my favourite seat setting. The Meridian sound system is solid too, and the tailgate opens with a gesture, which is a bit silly but actually handy when you’re parking.

I’ve had it through a few different jobs, and it’s held up well. It’s got a 0-60 in 4.5 seconds — not rocket science, but it’s quick enough to feel exciting. The boot’s roomy, and the safety features are solid, including pretensioners that help keep you safe in a crash.

It’s currently parked in Esher, Elmbridge, and I’m selling it because I’ve moved to a different area and don’t need it anymore. It’s been well-maintained, and I’m happy to show it off or answer any questions. The price is £13,455 — not too bad for a car that’s been a real joy to drive.
