I’ve had this ProForm 764HR bike for a few years now and it’s been a real go-to for home workouts. It’s got a smooth resistance system and the self-levelling pedals keep your feet in the right spot, no matter how hard you’re pushing. The toe strap is a small but useful detail—keeps your foot secure during intense sessions.

What I love is that it actually includes dumbbells—2, 3, and 5 lbs—so you can mix in some upper body work too. The seat is adjustable and cushioned, the handlebars are ergonomic, and there’s a fan built in to keep you cool during longer sessions. There are 8 pre-set programs too, which makes it easy to switch up your routine.
