So, I’ve had this Range Rover Sport for about a year now, and honestly, it’s been a dream to drive — especially when you’re out in the hills near Jedburgh, Scottish Borders. It’s a solid 3.0 diesel with the D300 engine, and it’s not just flashy, it actually feels capable on winding roads and even in the rain.

I’ve kept it pretty much as-is — no major mods, just regular maintenance and a few good long trips. The touchscreen is great, runs Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smoothly, and the Pivi Pro system is actually helpful for navigation and updates. The 13.1-inch screen is clear, and the driver’s view is really good with the 3D surround camera and parking sensors.

Inside, it’s got a premium feel — leather seats with memory settings, heated steering wheel, and even heated rear seats. The cabin lighting and armrests are a nice touch, and the aluminium treadplates with the Range Rover script look sharp. I love the heated windows and windscreen — it’s a real relief when it’s cold.

It has a lot of tech under the hood: adaptive dynamics, terrain response with wade programme, blind spot assist, automatic headlight levelling, and even traffic sign recognition. The air suspension and steering feel tuned for comfort, not just performance.

I’m not using it for towing (no towing package), and it’s not got any badges — just clean, sleek, and practical. The alloy wheels are satin dark grey, and the black brake calipers match well with the body-coloured roof.

It’s not the cheapest car out there, and I know it’s a bit of a stretch to say it’s “perfect,” but it’s been reliable, comfortable, and just about everything I wanted in a family SUV. I’ve driven it through some snowy hills and off-road bits near Jedburgh, and it’s held up well.

Price is £56,241 — I know that’s a lot, but I’m not selling it to everyone. If you’re looking for something that’s both practical and a bit of a luxury, this one might be worth a look. Just don’t expect it to go off-road like a rally car — it’s more about daily use and long drives.
