Apple iMac 27-inch with Logic Pro, Cubase, and a full suite of music and design apps

So, I’ve had this iMac for a few years now — it’s been my main machine for music, video, and design work, and honestly, it’s been pretty much a dream to use. It’s a 27-inch Apple iMac with a Quad Core i5 processor, 3.2GHz, 16GB RAM, and a 500GB SSD. It came with macOS Big Sur 11.15.7 pre-installed, so everything’s running smooth and it’s not running on an old or outdated system.

I’ve got a full music setup loaded — Logic Pro X 10.5.1, Reason, Waves 11, FabFilter, Izotope (Nectar 2, Iris 2, and 9), and a whole load of Native Instruments stuff: Massive, Absynth, FM8, Komplete Kontrol, Reaktor, Maschine, and even the full Cubase 8 suite. I’ve also got MainStage, Melodyne, and Studio SoundtrackPro.

It’s also got all the creative design tools: Final Cut Pro 10.4.8, Premiere Pro 2020, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and DaVinci Resolve Studio. I’ve used it for film, video, photography — Capture One Pro, Aperture, Affinity Photo, and even Cinema 4D.

I’ve also got Office 2019, iWork 2019, and even Dragon Dictation and Toast Titanium. It’s been a real all-rounder over the years, and I’ve never had to upgrade the hardware — it’s just been solid.

I’m moving to Tadworth, Reigate and Banstead, so I’m looking to part with it. It’s not a high-end pro rig, but it’s been reliable, fast, and packed with what I needed for both learning and professional work.

I’m not selling it just to get rid of it — I’ve used it for years, and it’s been a real workhorse. If you're into music production, video editing, or creative design, this could be a solid setup to start with or to pick up as a second machine.
