I’ve had this amethyst for years — it’s one of those stones that just grabs you. It’s a solid 43 carats, cut in the classic emerald style, and the purple is deep and rich, like the kind of purple you see in old royal robes. The facets are sharp and clean, no fakes or treatments — it’s a real natural stone.It’s not just pretty, it’s actually kind of heavy for its size, which makes it feel substantial. I picked it up years ago and just never sold it — it’s been sitting in my collection, mostly just admired.
