Got this Saint Laurent wool coat from the early 2000s — it’s an oversized classic with a clean, sharp cut. 100% wool, which means it’s a bit heavy but feels great and holds its shape. It’s in the Anthony Vaccarello design, which I remember loving from the first time I saw it. The leather belt is still there, and the pockets are stitched in — just like they were when it came out. The hanger chain is a bit loose now, but it’s not a big deal. Size 56, so it’s a bit roomy, length is 45 inches, PTP 23, arm 26. I’ve worn it a few times, but it’s mostly been stored. I picked it up from a family member in north-shields, North Tyneside, and just decided to part with it after a few years of not wearing it much. It’s not flashy, but it’s solid — and honestly, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a wool coat that looks this refined without costing a fortune.
