2015 Jaguar XF R-Sport 2.2 TDi Auto – Damaged but Starts and Drives
Description
So, I’ve got a 2015 Jaguar XF R-Sport 2.2 TDi with auto, and it’s been through a bit of damage — not something I’d ever want on a daily driver, but it’s been properly repaired and it actually starts and drives. It’s got 18" alloy wheels, sat-nav, rear camera, climate control, and a black interior — all the usual bits. It’s not perfect — there are some minor dents and scratches, and it’s a salvage vehicle with a 12-month MOT. The damage was from an insurance claim, so it’s been checked and fixed, but I’m being real here — if you’re thinking about buying it, you really need to bring a mechanic or engineer to take a look. I’m not saying it’s safe or road-ready without a full inspection.
It’s not a "drive-it-away" kind of car — it’s more like a project you’d take on to fix up yourself. The "starts and drives" part is just for loading purposes — it doesn’t mean it’ll run perfectly or that the engine or gearbox are in great shape. You’re on your own with that.
I’m based in Walsall, West Midlands, and I’ve got the keys and paperwork ready if you want to come take a look. I’m not selling it with any guarantees — it’s what it is, and I’d just like to make sure you’re fully aware of what you’re getting into.
If you’re serious about checking it out, just give me a ring — Pete on 07823 771751 or John on 07983 409520. Office number is 0115 7830715 (between 9am and 5pm, weekdays).
I’ve been in the salvage business a while now, and I’ve seen a lot of cars come through. This one’s been through the system — it’s got a clear HPi history, but you should do your own check. The registration and VIN can be sent over if you need them.
All payments are cash, debit, or bank transfer — no issues with that. And yeah, if you don’t pick it up by the agreed date, I’ll just keep it and sell it — no refunds, no worries.
Just don’t assume it’s a ready-to-drive car. That’s not how this works.
If you’re looking for a car that’s been through the wringer, but still runs — this one’s worth a look. Just bring your own expert.
(Price is £5,395.50 — just a note, not something I’d advertise upfront.)
