Description
I’ve had this oven for a few years running a small takeaway in Washington, Northumberland. It’s a 3-phase electric commercial unit, fully serviced and tested — used daily for peri peri chicken, kebabs, and all kinds of fast food. The touchscreen works perfectly, and it’s been through a lot of shifts. Still runs smooth, no major issues. It’s not perfect — a bit of wear on the door seals, but that’s manageable.
