This 2015 VW Polo 1.0 SE Design is a solid, well-maintained little car with a clean history. It's white, has two previous owners, and clocks in at 91,438 miles — not a lot for a petrol model of that age. I’ve had it for a few years now and it’s been reliable, mostly used for daily drives and short trips.

It’s got a full service history — 11 service stamps — and I’ve kept it properly maintained. Features include sat nav, aircon, cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, a tinted slide sunroof, Bluetooth, aux, USB, DAB, and electric windows and mirrors. The 16-inch alloy wheels look good, and it has front fog lights and isofix points.

Road tax is £20 a year, which is a real bargain. I’ve only ever driven it on the road, so it’s not been heavily used. It’s based in Truro, Cornwall, and I’m happy to give it a quick test drive if you’re local.
