2015 Mitsubishi Outlander GX4h PHEV White and Black

So I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now, and it’s honestly one of the few I’ve felt really comfortable driving every day. It’s a 2015 Outlander GX4h PHEV, white with black trim, registered back in March 2015. I’ve got the high-spec trim, which means it’s got that balance of electric driving for short trips and petrol power when you’re on the go.

I’ve done just over 150,000 miles on it, and it’s been through a few full independent service checks — nothing flashy, just proper maintenance. It’s a plug-in hybrid, so you can go a fair bit on electric power, especially in town. The auto transmission works smoothly, and it’s got five seats, which is great for family trips or just having room for a few extras.

Inside, it’s leather with heated front seats — I use that in winter when the weather turns. The touchscreen has sat nav, Bluetooth, and DAB, and the rear-view camera and parking sensors are a real help when I’m parking in tight spots. Keyless entry and start are handy too, and there’s dual-zone climate control. Regenerative braking and an electric tailgate make it feel a bit more modern and less fiddly.

It’s ULEZ compliant, so no issues with London or other low-emission zones. I actually had a full service done recently — spent about £1,800 on it, including brand-new timing chain, head gasket, and inlet valve stems (eight of them). Labour was around £1,000. It felt like a solid rebuild, and now it runs like it should.

I’m based in Longniddry, B1377, and I’m looking to part with it. It’s been a great car to own — reliable, practical, and I’ve only ever driven it with a bit of care. I’m not selling it for a big profit, just passing it on to someone who’ll appreciate it.
