I’ve been driving this 2022 Volkswagen ID.5 Style Pro for a few months now and honestly, it’s been a real joy. It’s not just a car — it’s a smooth, quiet ride with all the modern tech you’d expect from a premium electric vehicle.

The 150kW motor gives it instant power and a quiet, smooth drive — no noisy engine, just clean power. The 77kWh battery gets you up to 320 miles on a full charge (WLTP), which is more than enough for daily commutes and weekend trips. I’ve charged it at home and it’s quick to top up, so I don’t have to stress about running out of power.

The Style trim adds a lot of premium touches — LED matrix headlights, adaptive cruise, rear-view camera, parking sensors, keyless entry, and a 12-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The infotainment system is easy to use, and the sat-nav is a big plus.
