Description
Got this All-Clad 2QT sauté pan from the 90s, still in great shape. It’s one of those original copper core ones – the kind that came with a flared 22cm rim, no lid. Not induction compatible by itself, but it comes with an induction plate, so it’ll work on an induction hob (photos show it). The size is pretty rare these days, especially in used condition. Made in the USA. I’ve used it for years, mostly for sautéing and searing, and it’s held up well. RRP was around £300, but it’s been sitting in my kitchen for a while now – just not needed anymore. It’s in wooburn-green, Buckinghamshire. Worth a look if you’re into quality pans and don’t mind the odd bit of setup for induction.Seller Information
