These adidas Scotland Tiro 24 training shorts are my go-to for gym days or just getting active. I’ve been wearing them for a while now and they’re super comfortable—light, breathable, and made from 100% recycled polyester. The navy blue colour is a bit faded now, but still looks solid. The waist has an elastic drawcord, so it’s not too tight, and the side zip pockets are handy for storing small things. There’s also AEROREADY tech to help wick away sweat, which is nice when you're working out. I’ve kept them clean and washed them a few times—still in great shape. The Scotland crest and Performance logo on the leg are a nice touch. I’m moving to Redruth, Cornwall, so I’m letting them go.
