I’ve been using this setup for years in my home gym, mostly for strength training and bodyweight exercises. It’s been a solid part of my routine, especially with the 15kg barbell and the included ab mat. The rack is sturdy, and the bench adjusts well—useful for different workouts. I bought it from a fitness store in Abu Dhabi, so it’s been well-maintained. Downsizing has meant I’m letting it go, and it’s in great condition.
