It’s about 8ft by 16ft, so it’s decent space. No water or electricity inside — just the basics. You can access it 24/7, every day of the week.

I’m looking for someone serious — minimum 3 months rental, and if you want to leave early, you’ll need a month’s notice. Rent is £100 a month plus VAT, paid by direct debit at the start of each month. A £100 key deposit is needed, and it’s fully refundable if you leave on time.

You’ll need to provide ID and proof of address to get it approved.
