We’re moving out soon because our landlord is selling. So I’m looking for a 3-bedroom house in or near Sholing/Bitterne. We’re a solid couple with two older kids and a small, fully house-trained dog. We’ve lived in the same place for over 20 years, never missed a rent payment, and always keep things tidy — if allowed, we’d do a bit of decorating too. Max rent we’re looking at is £140 or so.
