2019 Hyundai Tucson 1.6 TGDi 177 Premium SE 5-door estate
Description
This is my trusty 2019 Tucson – the one I’ve had since I moved to Cannock, Cannock Chase. It’s been a solid daily driver for years, and I’ve actually kept it pretty well looked after. The interior’s got that premium feel with the Krell audio system – 8 speakers and a proper sub, so the music always sounds good, even when I’m driving through the countryside.I’ve got Apple CarPlay and Android Auto set up, and the screen is still crisp. The navigation is useful, especially when I’m running errands around the local area. It’s got all the smart safety bits too – blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, and a rear cross-traffic alert. The reversing camera and parking sensors are a lifesaver when I’m parking in tight spots.
The seats are comfy – heated front and rear, and the driver’s seat has lumbar support. I even use the heated steering wheel in winter, which makes a real difference. The sunroof’s electric and tilts, and the interior trim is clean and well-maintained.
I’ve got a few little touches that I don’t see in most cars – like the wireless charging plate, USB/aux, and the 12V sockets in the console and trunk. There’s also a 60/40 split folding seat that can be flat-packed to the floor when I need to carry stuff.
It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable. I’ve only driven it a few hundred miles since the last service, and it runs smoothly. The price is £16,191 – I’m not looking to sell it for a lot, but I’m happy to part with it if someone sees it as a solid, practical family car.
I’m not a car expert, but I’ve used this car for everything from weekend trips to just getting to work. It’s been my go-to for years. If you’re looking for something reliable, with good tech and a clean interior, this one’s worth a look.
(Just a quick note – I’m based in Cannock, Cannock Chase, so if you're local, I can probably arrange a view or a quick chat.)
