2018 Mazda 2 SE-L+ Hatchback
Description
So I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2018 Mazda 2 SE-L+ with the 1.5 Skyactiv-G engine, manual gearbox, and a lovely eternal blue mica finish. The seats are black cloth, and it’s got that clean, practical hatchback shape that’s perfect for city driving or weekend trips. It’s been properly serviced, so the service history is solid. I’ve actually used it a lot over the years — it’s been reliable, easy to drive, and has all the basics: Bluetooth, cruise control, rear parking sensors, AM/FM with CD, USB, and AUX. The steering wheel has controls for the audio, and everything’s got electric windows, mirrors, and heated mirrors. Air conditioning works well, and the lights are smart — like dusk-sensing headlights and LED fog lights.
The wheels are 15-inch alloys, and it has ABS, stability control, and a decent safety package — including front and side airbags, curtain airbags, and even a tyre pressure monitor. There’s a remote central locking system too.
I bought it new back in 2018, and it’s been mostly low-mileage use — not much long-haul driving, just regular commutes and family trips. I’ve kept it well maintained and haven’t had any major issues.
I’m not selling it to anyone who’s just looking for a cheap deal — it’s a solid, dependable car with good value. If you’re thinking of buying something practical and not too flashy, this might be the one.
It’s currently at Corrour, The Road to the Isles — just a quick drive from the A60, and I’m happy to show it around if you’re interested.
The price is £8,073 — I know it’s not cheap, but I’ve been keeping it for a while and really like it. I’m not sure if that’s fair, but it’s what it is.
If you’re thinking about buying a used hatchback that doesn’t skimp on safety or comfort, this one’s been on my list for a while. I’d be happy to chat or take you for a test drive — just let me know.
