Description
I’ve had this fitness pole for a few years now – it’s in great condition and still works perfectly. Comes in three pieces with a non-slip rubber foot plate and a ceiling mount. I use it for quick workouts at home, especially when I’m doing arm curls or balance exercises. The pole’s sturdy, the rubber grips don’t wear down easily, and it’s easy to take off when I’m not using it. I’m moving to Littlehampton, Arun, so I’m parting with it.
