Got this old Bulldog flat bench sitting in my garage for a few years now, and honestly, it’s been through a lot. It’s a solid steel frame, the padding’s still good and hasn’t worn out, and it’s stable enough for all kinds of exercises – from dumbbell presses to bodyweight moves. I’ve used it regularly over the years, so it’s not just sitting there, it’s actually been put to work. It’s in great shape overall, no major dents or damage. I’ve been meaning to get rid of it for a while now, so thought I’d share it.
