I’ve had this pressure cooker for years and it’s honestly one of my go-to kitchen tools. It’s a 6-litre model, made in Switzerland from 18/10 stainless steel – looks nice and is easy to wipe clean. The base is solid aluminium with Superthermic® technology, so it heats up fast and keeps heat in well. I’ve used it for everything from stews to rice, and it cuts cooking time down to about a third of normal. Saves energy too – I’ve noticed it uses up to 70% less power. Works on all heat sources, including induction. Comes with the instruction manual. I’m moving to high-wycombe, Buckinghamshire, and it’s time to part with it. I’ve only used it occasionally lately, so it’s still in great shape. Just £45.
