Just moved into a quiet spot in forest-row, Wealden, and I'm letting this room out. It's a clean, well-lit space in a central part of the area, about 5m x 4m with built-in cupboards and a little kitchenette. The room has a shared kitchen/diner and living area, plus access to a rooftop space — nice for getting a bit of fresh air. Shared bathroom with one other person, no pets or smoking inside. It's a female-only arrangement because all current tenants are women. Wi-Fi and all utilities are covered in the rent, so no stress there. No parking spot assigned, but there are a few car parks right nearby. I'm looking for someone calm and respectful — just trying to keep things peaceful.
