ERDE 193 Tipping Trailer with Flat Cover
Description
I’ve had this ERDE 193 general purpose tipping trailer for a few years now and it’s been great for all sorts of things — from camping trips to hauling stuff around the garden or even doing light commercial jobs. It’s a solid, well-built trailer with a clean, straightforward design. The box is 191cm long, 121cm wide, and 48cm tall externally, with an internal size of 185 x 115 x 40cm — plenty of space without being too bulky. The overall dimensions are manageable, and it’s got a good weight capacity: 590kg when loaded, 160kg unladen, and the axle can handle up to 750kg.
It’s made from galvanised steel, so it’s tough and resistant to rust, and the suspension is maintenance-free rubber — no fiddly bits to keep track of. The tipping function is quick and easy, and the lights are recessed, which keeps things tidy.
It comes with a certificate of conformity and VIN plate, so it’s fully compliant with type approval. The wheels are 145R13, and I’ve kept it well-maintained over the years.
One thing to note: the jockey wheel isn’t included — I’ll need to source that separately.
It’s currently based in jaywick, Clacton-on-Sea, and I’m happy to show it around if you’d like to see it. Payment can be cash or card on collection, or by Bacs if you prefer. No issues with the trailer itself — just a bit of a heads-up about the missing jockey wheel.
I’ve used it for a mix of personal and light work, and it’s proven reliable. If you’re looking for something practical and solid, this one’s a good fit.
