M&S Sofa and matching armchair

Got this M&S two-seater sofa and matching armchair from a house I was moving out of in Billericay, Basildon. The fabric is a beige linen look, and it's been used quite a bit but nothing broken or torn — just a bit dusty, so a quick clean would do it. The sofa is about 190cm wide and the chair around 98cm, which is fine for a living room setup. Cushion covers come off easily for washing, which is a nice touch. The legs have casters, so it’s easy to move around. I’ve checked the safety label — all good. Photos are attached, so you can see it properly. I’m not selling it because I need space, just because I’m not using it anymore. It’s a solid piece, and if you’re looking for something practical and not too flashy, this might work for you.
