Description

These are my Soundcore AeroFit 2 open-ear headphones — I got them a while back and have only used them a couple of times, so they’re still in the original box, never worn, never charged. They’re a bit of a niche pick, but I love how they keep you aware of your surroundings while you’re listening — perfect if you’re walking around or just want to enjoy music without feeling like you’re in a bubble.

The ear hooks are super adjustable, and I’ve tried them on different ear shapes — works really well for most people. The bass is noticeably stronger than regular open-ear buds, thanks to how close the sound gets to your ear. I’ve noticed it’s more punchy, especially when listening to bass-heavy tracks.

They’ve got a solid sound profile — deep bass, clear mids, and bright treble — with 20mm racetrack drivers and BassTurbo tech. Bluetooth 5.4 and LDAC support mean stable, high-res audio, and the case charges wirelessly, so no fumbling with cables. One charge gives you about 10 hours of playback, and with the case, that’s up to 42 hours.

I’ve used the AI translation feature a few times — it’s decent for switching between languages in real time, which is handy if you’re travelling or chatting with someone who speaks a different language. Just need to make sure the Soundcore app is updated to 3.8.7 or later and the firmware is fresh.

I’m moving to Clynderwen, Pembrokeshire, and these are just sitting in a drawer, so I’m passing them on. I’ve used them a couple of times, but I’m not a heavy user — they’re just good for casual listening and everyday use. Price is £63, but I’m not selling them because I’m moving — just giving them away to someone who might actually use them.
