Toyota Auris Hybrid Estate 2017

Description

I’ve had this Toyota Auris Estate since June 2017 — it’s a hybrid with the icon TSS trim, VVT-I and CVT, so it’s smooth and quiet on the road. It’s a 1798cc five-door estate, which is perfect for family use or just having a bit more space.

I’ve kept it well maintained — the service history goes back to when I bought it from Cars of Christchurch Limited in December 2023, and there haven’t been any major issues since. The last MOT was done in December 2024, and it came up with a bit of a tidy list: front tyres replaced and the offside headlamp fixed. All that work was done properly and it’s still running great.

It’s Euro 6 compliant, so it’s fine for ULEZ zones — no surprises there. Fuel economy is solid too: around 67.2 MPG in the city and up to 69.2 on the motorway. The combined rate is about 3.5 L/100km, which is pretty efficient for a hybrid.

It comes with two keys and the road tax is up to date. I’ve used it mostly for commuting and weekend trips around Ambleside, Westmorland and Furness — it’s been reliable and low-maintenance over the years.

I’m selling it because I’ve moved on to something else — it’s been a solid companion for a few years now. Still runs well, no drama, and I’m happy to pass it on to someone who values practicality and efficiency.
