Atari 520ste

Got this old Atari 520ste sitting in my garage in heriot, Scottish Borders – it’s been a long time coming, but finally decided to part with it.

It’s a fully working unit with 4MB of RAM, original mouse, mouse mat, joystick (ACS13STm), and the Compack – all in great shape. The disk drive works fine, and it’s been refurbished by the previous owner, so no major issues. Comes with a full set of games from A to Z – everything from Atari Discovery Extra to Triad Volume 3, Spell Bound, Dizzy, Paper Boy, and the Tenstar game pack. Also includes a disk case with various disk games, cover tapes, and some early programs.

Has an RGB cable to Scart, so it can connect to an analogue TV – works perfectly with cable. I’ve used it a few times over the years, mostly for nostalgia, and it’s still in solid shape.

It’s worth about £315, and I’m not taking offers – just want to get it to someone who’ll actually enjoy playing it. No fancy marketing, just a real piece of gaming history.

If you’re into retro consoles and have a bit of time to play through the classics, this might be your kind of thing.
