2016 Lexus NX 300h Premier SUV
Description
So, I’ve been keeping this car for a while now — it’s a 2016 Lexus NX 300h Premier, petrol hybrid, 4x4, and it’s been a real joy to drive. I’ve actually used it mostly for weekend trips around the hills near Cwmbran, Torfaen, and it’s been pretty reliable. It’s got that premium feel — leather seats, satin silver paint, and a panoramic roof that lets in all the light. The hybrid setup means it’s not too thirsty, especially on the way to the coast or up the hills. The 0-60 in 9.2 seconds isn’t flashy, but it’s solid for an SUV — responsive and smooth.
The driving aids are pretty handy: adaptive cruise, blind spot monitoring, 360 view camera, and parking sensors. I’ve used the parking pack quite a bit — really helps when I’m turning into tight streets or parking on uneven ground. The seat memory function is a small but useful thing — I can just get in and it’s already in my preferred position.
Inside, it’s got a lot of little touches — cup holders, storage boxes, child seat anchors, heated steering wheel, and even a card holder on both sun visors. The climate control works well, and the head-up display is a nice bonus when you're driving long distances.
I’ve had it serviced regularly and it’s been mostly trouble-free. The only thing I’d say is that the cabin gets a bit warm in summer, but that’s not a dealbreaker.
I’m not selling it for a quick cash grab — I’ve been using it for years and it’s just time to move on. It’s worth £15,115.50, but I’ve been keeping it in the shed for a while and it’s just not working out anymore. If you’re into a clean, capable hybrid SUV with a bit of luxury and good tech, this one might be worth a look.
Location is Cwmbran, Torfaen — easy to get to if you’re in the area.
