Got this big solid wood chest of drawers from a local shop in Combe Martin, North Devon. It’s a sturdy, chunky piece with thick wood — feels like it’s been around for ages but still stands up to everyday use. The paint is serenity green with gold knobs, and the drawers glide smoothly, which is a real plus. I cleaned it out and gave it a fresh finish, so it looks great and feels solid. A bit of wear and tear around the edges is expected given its vintage roots — it’s not perfect, but it’s honest and has character.
