I’ve had this Nero Sport exercise bike for a few years now and it’s been a real go-to for my weekly workouts. It’s still in nearly new condition – I haven’t used it much since I started working from home, so it’s still looking and running like it did when I first got it. The ride is smooth and quiet, which is a big plus if you're doing it in the evenings or early mornings. The resistance is adjustable, which helps me mix things up depending on how intense I want to go. The seat is comfy, and the frame feels solid – no wobbling or creaking. It’s also compact, so it fits well in my small garage space. I’ve been doing cardio, endurance, and interval training on it, and it’s actually helped me stay consistent.
