Description

This teapot is from the 1960s and made in Pruszkow, Poland — it’s one of those retro pieces that just feels right. The brown treacle glaze and Aztec pattern are a bit striking, and it’s in great vintage condition, with only the tiniest bit of wear (if any). It’s about 13cm tall and stretches from spout to handle at around 21cm — not huge, but just right for a cozy kitchen or even just sitting on a shelf as a piece of decor. I’ve had it for years and use it occasionally for tea, but I’m letting it go now because I’ve started cooking more with a modern setup. It’s a bit of a throwback, and I thought someone might appreciate it — especially if they love retro kitchen stuff. Found it in a box of old bits in Otley, West Yorkshire. It’s not much to look at in a store, but it has character. Price is £10.80 if you’re interested.
