DAWES GALAXY 24 Speed Road Bike

Description

This is my old road bike — a DAWES Galaxy, 24-speed, built with a solid Reynolds 531 frame. I’ve been riding it for years, mostly around Bakewell in the Derbyshire Dales, and it’s handled every hill and twist without a hitch. The gearing’s precise, the bearings are smooth, and the brakes are sharp — great for city riding or even a bit of countryside.

It’s fully serviced with sealed bottom bracket and all the bits are original, no swaps or cheap parts. I’ve got a full warranty on it, and it’s been tested and ridden regularly. The handlebar tapes are brand new too — just like when it came out.

I’m 6’0” and it’s comfortably suited to me, but it’ll fit most people up to 6’4” without any issues.

I’m not selling it for a big price — £270, actually — but I’m happy to chat about it. If you’re into road bikes and want something reliable, this one’s been through real life use and still runs well.
