Okay, so this house might not be able to take you back in time — no Tardis powers here, sorry — but it’s definitely got a bit of a surprise waiting for you once you step inside.

The outside looks tiny, like a small cottage, but walk through the front door and you’re in a surprisingly spacious three-bedroom home. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, well decorated, and feels bright and warm thanks to the fresh paint and double glazing.

Gas central heating means it stays cosy all year round. The stairs and landing have new carpet, and there’s a nice storage cupboard in the downstairs rooms — handy for storing things. The main bedroom upstairs has a boiler tucked away in a cupboard, and another big cupboard there too.

The kitchen/diner has a built-in oven, ceramic hob with extractor, fridge, freezer, and washing machine — all good for everyday living. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, bath, and electric shower, so it’s fully functional.

There’s a sunny courtyard garden — I don’t know if it’s huge or not, but it’s definitely sunny and gets the light.

I live in Haslemere, Waverley, and it’s a nice little place with plenty of local shops, cafes, and a good mix of independent and well-known stores. Public transport is solid, and if you’re into walking, Temple Meads is about 10 minutes away, and the city centre is roughly 20 minutes.
