Description

I’ve had this 2022 Tiguan for a few years now, and it’s honestly been one of the most reliable SUVs I’ve driven. It’s a one-owner car, so it’s been well looked after and never had any major issues. The 1.5L TSI engine is smooth and responsive – not flashy, but just enough for everyday driving, whether you're commuting or going on weekend trips.

Inside, the infotainment system is actually pretty good – I use it every day for navigation and streaming, and the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto setup works flawlessly. The USB-C ports are a big plus, especially since I’ve had a few devices that don’t play well with older ports. There’s a USB-C in the front and one in the back, plus a 12V socket in the boot and a few other handy little spots around the car.

I love the climate control – three zones, including independent rear heating, which makes the back seats feel way more comfortable on chilly days. The auto-dimming rear mirror and parking sensors help a lot when parking, and the LED headlights with adaptive lighting are great for night driving.

The boot is spacious, and the rear seats fold down easily – useful for holidays or when you’ve got a lot of gear. The alloy wheels look decent, and the body-coloured bumpers and mirrors blend well with the car. I’ve kept it clean and maintained it regularly, last service was August 2025, and it’s got a valid MOT until July 2026.

I’ve also had a full vehicle history check, no hidden costs, and it’s covered by a free 12-month AA roadside assistance. There’s no admin fees, no surprise charges – just a straightforward, hassle-free ownership.

I’m based in Arlesey, Central Bedfordshire, so if you’re local, I’m happy to arrange a view or a test drive. I’ve had a few people ask about it because of the tech and comfort, and honestly, it’s been a solid daily driver for me.

I’m selling it because I’m moving into a new home and need to downsize. It’s in great shape, still has all the original trim and features, and I’ve kept it well-maintained. The price is £12,779 – a fair amount, but I’m happy to keep it as a simple, no-frills deal.

If you’re thinking about a practical, tech-savvy SUV that doesn’t feel like a luxury car but still has the comfort and features you’d expect, this one might just be what you’re looking for. I’m always happy to chat or show it over a coffee.
