So I’m finally moving on from my family car – it’s been with us for years, and honestly, it’s time for a new one. This is a 2008 Mercedes A-Class, 67k miles, diesel, 1.9L, 6-speed manual. I’ve kept it well maintained – full service history, central locking, electric windows, leather seats, and it’s been through a proper MOT that expires in November 2025.

It runs smooth, no rattles, no knocking even over bumps. Cold weather isn’t a problem – it heats up fine. I’m not looking for a flashy deal, just a solid, reliable car that doesn’t cost a fortune to insure. It’s been a real workhorse, and I’ve only had to fix it once in the last 10 years.

I’m based in Stainforth, Hatfield, so if you’re around, I’m happy to talk or even meet up. I’d take trade-ins, but if you’ve got a non-runner or a MOT fail, cash is fine. Delivery’s possible if needed.
