Ford Fiesta Hatchback 2005 Manual 1.4L 3-door
Description
So, I’ve had this 2005 Ford Fiesta for a few years now — it’s been my go-to car for everything from daily commutes to weekend trips. It’s a solid, no-frills little hatchback with a 1.4L petrol engine that’s been reliable through the years.Only 69,000 miles on the clock — that’s actually pretty low for a car this old. It’s got a Zetec trim, which gives it a bit more style than the base models — sportier look, better fit and finish. I still remember the first time I saw it, it looked clean and sharp.
Manual gearbox, so I’ve learned to drive it properly — smooth shifts, no fuss. It starts every time, no warning lights, just runs like it should. The bodywork is fine — a bit of age-related wear, but nothing serious. HPI clear, V5 in order, and it’s got a valid MOT until December 2025.
Inside is clean and comfy — not flashy, but roomy enough for a couple and a bit of stuff. Alloy wheels, rear spoiler, electric windows and mirrors, CD player, radio — all working. The boot’s not huge, but it’s plenty for a weekend or a quick run.
Fuel economy’s been great — I’ve never had to top up more than once a month, and insurance’s been cheap. Honestly, it’s been a real joy to keep running.
I’m based in Dalton-in-Furness, Westmorland and Furness — so if you’re local or planning a trip through, I’d be happy to meet up. I’m not looking to sell it fast, but if you’re interested, I’ll definitely show it over.
Price is £1,080 — not the highest, but it’s what I’m comfortable with. Let me know if you’re looking at it, and we can chat. I’ll be honest — it’s not flashy, but it’s dependable. If you’ve got a first car or just want something low-maintenance, this might be your kind of ride.
