The ports auto-detect the cable type, so no need to worry about straight-through or crossover. It’s a plastic desktop unit, no fancy settings needed — just plug it in and go. Still in good shape, just not using it much anymore. I’m moving to Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, so it’s going out of my way.
