Hey, I’m selling my 2021 Mercedes GLC 220 D 4MATIC with AMG Line and Premium Plus trim. It’s got 18-inch alloys, sat-nav, rear camera, climate control, and a black interior — all the standard bits. It came in after an insurance claim, and I’ve had it repaired. It starts and drives fine — that’s the only thing I can say for sure.

I’ve got it in Dundee, City, and I’m not selling it as a “perfect” car — it’s a damaged vehicle, and I’m being very clear about that. The "starts and drives" means it can be moved and loaded, not that it’s fully reliable or that the engine or gearbox are in great shape. There’s no warranty on anything — the damage is real, and it’s been through a claim.

If you're thinking about buying it, I’d really recommend you come see it in person. Bring a mechanic or a trusted engineer — just so you can get a real feel for what’s under the skin. I’m not selling it for a public road until it’s fully repaired and meets all legal standards. That means it won’t be safe to drive on the road until it’s been properly fixed and gets a new MOT.

I’ve had it checked and it runs — but that doesn’t mean it’s safe long-term. I don’t want anyone getting into trouble with it.
