Got this sofa from a family home in Warrenpoint, County Down – it’s a Timothy Oulton Industrial style piece, 2-seater, brown leather, solid wood frame, and those big black wheels make it easy to move around. It’s not just a sofa, it’s a real handmade thing, built with care, and the leather’s in great shape – clean, no scratches, just a bit of wear from years of use. I’ve got two of these, so if you’re looking at it, it’s per sofa. Dimensions are 160cm x 90cm x 70cm. I’m not going to lie, it’s not cheap – it’s worth a lot more than what I paid, but I’m getting rid of it because I’ve moved into a smaller space.
