I’ve got a bunch of original 8x10 inch vintage photos from classic British comedy films from the 50s, 60s and 70s — mostly from shows like *Sailor Beware!*, *The Bargee*, *Please Sir*, and *No Sex Please We’re British*. They’re all actual publicity stills, not prints or copies. I found them in an old box behind some family photos, and I’ve been meaning to share them. There are 11 in total — 2 from *Sailor Beware!*, 2 from *The Bargee*, 5 from *Please Sir*, and 2 from *No Sex Please We’re British*. I’m keeping them in a folder with the originals, so they’re not damaged. I’ve only just realised how much I love these — they’re a real throwback to a time when British comedy felt so alive and silly. I’m not selling them for much, just £36, but I’ve only got them for a bit — if you’re into vintage film culture or just love old British laughs, they’re a real gem.
