I'm selling my takeaway shop in Stanningley, Pudsey. It's been running for over 40 years, right on Ripponden Road near the big Tesco Extra.

The shop’s on a busy main road with lots of people walking past – great footfall, especially on weekends. It's a popular spot for locals, and we’ve got a solid customer waiting area, a staff toilet, and a basement for storage.

We serve Indian cuisine with some fast food options, and it’s open from 5pm to 11:30pm on weekdays, and until 1:30am on Fridays and Saturdays – which means we’re up late during weekends.

It’s got an EPOS system, roller shutters, CCTV, and a till with a weekend late-night license. The rent is £80 when I started, and I’ve had it at that level for years – no business rates, and a 5-year open lease that can be renewed.

It’s been running at around £4k–£5k a week in turnover. I’m letting it go at £0.90 – not much, but it’s just a quick one-off.
