Vintage silver colour letter desk tidy

Description
This desk tidy is a bit of a mystery for me — it's got a signature from the maker in Spain, but I can't quite read who it is. No silver markings, so I'm not 100% sure if it's actually silver — the round top looks more like copper. The inside used to have red leather, and you can still see traces of it at the bottom. I found it in a box in my attic and just recently decided to share it. I’m not sure if it’s vintage or antique, but it’s definitely had some character over the years.
